Description: A gala evening of fine wines and gourmet food sponsored by the Center for Food Action will begin at 7 p.m. Featuring wine selections from Wine Ventures of Tenafly, food samples from area restaurants and music by Bud Maltin and his orchestra. The Third Annual New Jersey Wine & NJ Food Classic
Description: An annual celebration for wine and food enthusiasts featuring three days of exciting, interactive and educational events. On Thursday, May 5, six wine dinners will be held across the state in top restaurants with each dinner hosted by top wineries. On Friday, May 7, a Grand Tasting and Silent Auction will be held at Lenfell Hall on the campus of Fairleigh Dickinson University featuring over 100 wines from over 25 wineries from around the world. Collectable wines will be the highlight of the Silent Auction. On Saturday, May 7, eight wine and food seminars will be offered and led by industry experts. Proceeds from all events will benefit the Scholarship Fund for the International School of Hospitality an Tourism at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Cost: $40-$150
