UCEDC Third Annual Networking Event and Wine Tasting
Description: Held in conjunction with The Wine Library of Springfield, NJ. This event is a great opportunity to network with business owners, professionals, and community leaders while sampling 60+ wines from all over the world. Italian Wine Chef's Tasting Dinner
Description: A taste a bit out of the ordinary is in store every few months as Chef Ed Coss presents a new Chef's Tasting Dinner. This multi-course, set-menu dinner is offered on a Tuesday evening, when Milford Oyster House is usually closed. Next up is a five-course tasting featuring Italian wines on Tuesday, June 5, starting at 6:30 p.m. The cost is $80 per person, including food and wine but excluding tax and gratuity. The evening will start with butlered Brushetta Crostini accompanied by Domenico de Bertiol Prosecco Brut NV from Conegliano, Italy. Time: 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. - Cost: $80.

Description: The 21st Annual event will once again unite master chefs, fine artists and crafts people along with musicians from around the state.
