Americana Celebration
Description: Enjoy a picnic, (blankets welcome) or visit our barbeque and beer tent. Participate in old time games including horse-shoes, mintonette (volleyball), and a spelling bee. Titusville, NJ - Ice Cream Party
Description: Every year on the first weekend in July, Howell Living History Farm invites the public to enjoy an old-fashioned 'ice cream party' from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Featured activities included music, wagon rides, games and contests, a children's craft program, and lots of ice cream making and eating. Ice cream making begins at 11:00am when visitors are invited to help draw ice from the Farm's ice house. Once cracked, the ice is used in hand and engine cranked ice cream freezers. The first batch of home-made ice cream is ready for dipping at noon. Ice cream sodas, sundaes and cones are served until 3:30pm.

A Taste of The Ironbound

Sussex NJ County Native American Festival
Description: The Red Hawk Indian Arts Council presents the largest Native American Festival in New Jersey, an annual gathering of over 1000 Native Americans from across the continent to share their history, art, music, foods and traditions. The best dancers and singers compete for over $20,000 in prizes, offering a rare opportunity to learn about such dances like men’s fancy dance, lady’s jingle, northern traditional, grass dance, eastern woodlands war dances, the hoop dance and a special performance by the Aztec Fire Dancers. Traditional cuisine includes buffalo burgers, wild rice, venison stew, corn soup and fry bread. Crafters from the Sioux, Navajo, Winebago, Cherokee and Mohawk nations exhibit carvings, pottery, beadwork, jewelry and leather work . There are also exhibits, a mechanical bull-riding contest, a petting zoo and pony rides. 11am. $9/ $4 children and seniors.

Toms Riverfest
Description: The first annual Toms RiverFest will take place on the Ritacco Center campus in Toms River, NJ. RiverFest will provide your family with fun, culture, and excitement!
